Thomas starts (on time!) with a guided warm up to get you into the groove. This week's motto: psychosomatic Konrad Adenauer a.k.a. no risk fun. We usually tend to celebrate experiments, challenges, and breaking patterns. So this time we obviously do the opposite! A session for you to become aware of the full spectrum of movement you already know.

Ben Pavlidis is back in the zoooone. What zone? Na, the comfort zone! He's the Schweizer Uhrwerk under the Ecstatic Dance DJs and he'll return to the decks with all you loved about him before already. Woohoo!

• This is a sober event. If you find sober socializing with strangers discomfortable then we have a designated space for you (the one you already know).
• No distractions - i.e. no ciggies, no phones, no full on life conversations - on the dancefloor.
• When you seek contact, ask for consent.
• Let's keep the dancefloor clean: dance in socks or bring fresh dancing shoes, if possible.
