We start (on time!) at 18:30 with an instructed hour of warm-up. Thomas' "Psychosomatic Hiphop" class is about the liberating potential of pelvic movement to the human spirit or not. The warm-up is open for all levels of prior dance experience and accessible to body-diverse folks. People regularly feedback us that this isn't quite the ancestral way of opening up Mulabanda and our answer is: what mean ancestrial??

Ben Pavlidis is fairly attractive for his progressing age, owns a crystal shop, and a car, and a bicycle. As DJ, he mixes Hiphop tunes, Afro Bass, Dancehall, West Asian drumming, and sounds from old Disney movies that he liked when he was younger which is quite a while ago actually.
