The Artists:

Danaé Brissonnet (Montreal) is an international artists who specializes in public murals, illustration, mask making and puppetry. Her most recent colourful, fantastical folk inspired body of work is scattered from Mexico, Puerto Rico to Morocco, as well as in India and Spain. Creating imagined worlds for the viewer, her work invites a deeper consideration into the power of symbolism, myth, and metaphor.

Poncili Creacion (Puerto Rico) is an art collective composed ot the identical twins Pablo and Efrain del Hierro and a ever growing group of collabarotrs, who creates multisensory interactions with colorful puppets, some as big as a car and others as small as a penny. Using dance, music and raw creativity, they seek to interact with audiences, events and architecture in general. With no end goal in sight, they scour the world aimlessly making unauthorized speeches defending change and creativity in the form of decentralized puppet shows.

Ariel Doron (IL/DE) is a puppeteer, performer and director from Tel Aviv. His work is usually minimalistic and without words, and he uses for each project different puppetry technics, in a quest to inspire viewers to feel, imagine and sometimes physicaly interfere in the show. His solos have won international prizes and were invited to festivals and theaters in over 30 countries worldwide. He directs, collaborates and teaches in institutions such as Schauburg, Elbphilharmonie, Maxim Gorki, Hochschule für Figurentheater in Stuttgart. In addition to theater work, he plays the role of Elmo in Israeli Sesame Street.
